Your furniture leaves DEKOR fully assembled. We pack and secure it for transport and coordinate delivery personally with you and suitable freight companies — in Serbia, Europe and worldwide on request.

From a single piece to a full container

We prepare.
You unpack.

For larger orders, we load full containers. Depending on shipment size and destination, road freight or part-load transport may also be suitable. We organise the appropriate initial transport from Kruševac and, for sea freight, the connection to the port.

We select the appropriate route together with the transport provider. Delivery scope, unloading and any requested carrying-in service are agreed in advance.

We can obtain quotations from established logistics companies for your delivery. These four providers may be considered depending on the route, cargo size and availability.

DHL Global Forwarding

International freight, sea freight and container solutions. For furniture, the freight division is relevant rather than standard parcel delivery.

Kühne+Nagel

Sea and land transport with full-load and part-load solutions and additional logistics services.

DSV

International road and sea freight with a presence in Serbia. Container and part-load availability is checked by route.

Maersk

Container sea freight and additional inland transport. An option for international shipments starting in Serbia.

Clarify costs clearly in advance

Furniture price and transport.
Separate and transparent.

Delivery costs are calculated separately from the price of the goods. Relevant factors include shipment volume, weight, destination, route and the agreed delivery scope.

For cross-border deliveries, the customer bears applicable import duties, import taxes and clearance fees in the destination country in accordance with the agreed delivery terms. We set out the specific costs and responsibilities in the quotation before the order.

We discuss unloading, carrying goods inside and any agreed transport insurance before commissioning. Secure packaging does not replace that agreement.

Frequently asked questions

Arrive well prepared.

Do I have to assemble the furniture myself?

No. Furniture is delivered fully assembled. You remove the packaging and the protective and securing elements fitted for transport. Carrying goods inside and positioning them in the desired location are agreed in advance as part of the delivery scope.

Can I enquire about small or larger quantities?

Yes. A table with six chairs, ten chairs, two or ten tables, a hundred tables or 500 chairs: we welcome enquiries for different quantities and combinations, for your home or for commercial projects. These examples are not fixed order quantities. We check and confirm feasibility, production time and delivery dates according to the model, finish, quantity and current production schedule.

Smaller shipments are also planned individually. Depending on their size, suitable road freight, part-load or container transport may be used. Transport costs are quoted separately.

Can I request a particular provider?

You can save a preferred provider. Whether they can handle your specific shipment and under which terms is clarified with the transport quotation.

What information do you need for a quotation?

Please provide furniture models, finishes, quantities, delivery country, postcode and preferred period. Information about access, unloading facilities and the installation location helps us plan appropriately.

Are customs duties and import taxes included in the furniture price?

Import charges in the destination country are not automatically included in the stated goods price. The customer bears applicable duties, import taxes and clearance fees under the agreed delivery terms. The allocation of costs is disclosed before your order.
